I believe the role of a project manager is to create the conditions for everyone around them to do their best work. That means negotiating with empathy, resolving conflicts with respect, pivoting when things change (and they always do), and being a steady leader amidst ambiguity. 

 

I take a human-centric approach, understanding the importance of establishing trust and buy-in from all parties, at all levels. I enjoy developing genuine relationships and seeing the magic that can happen when people come together for a common goal.
